Mix Rainbow Madras Curry Powder, red chilli powder, ginger-garlic paste, salt and curd together. Add raw chicken pieces and marinate it for a few hours.
Roast the marinated chicken pieces in a tandoor or oven for about 5-10 minutes till it is 75% cooked.
Heat white butter in a pan. Add cumin seeds, tomato puree, sugar, Rainbow Madras Curry Powder, red chilli powder and salt. Stir and form gravy.
Add roasted chicken, fresh cream & kasoori methi. Cook till well done and serve hot with roti, naan or rice.
