Wash and clean an equal proportion of mint and coriander leaves.

In a mixer, add mint leaves, coriander leaves and tamarind pulp.

Add Rainbow Panipuri Masala and salt/ black salt to taste. Add green chilies to taste and grind. Add this paste to desired quantity of water and refrigerate.

Serve chilled with puffed puris, date and tamarind chutney, boiled potatoes, boiled moong / channa and boondi.
