Heat oil in a pan, add the onions and saute till they turn golden brown.
Add ginger garlic paste, tomato puree and Rainbow Shahi Paneer Masala and saute for few minutes.
Add cashewnut paste, turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt to taste. Cook on a low flame till the gravy thickens.
Add fresh paneer cubes in the gravy, just before serving. Garnish with fresh cream, coriander leaves and serve hot
